Jim saves certain voicemail messages from certain people that are not business related so he can listen to them later. Drunken messages from Nicky, a worried message from Sebastian wondering where he is, even a message from his mum about the cake she’s planning for his wedding. On bad days, he’ll sit by himself and put his phone on speaker mode and just replay them over and over again.
